"I had no idea how stuck I was until I took the checklist. Everything shifted." — Fiona M., Edinburgh

Where Does Your Soul
Need Attention?

This isn't a quiz. It's a mirror. Walk through these seven markers honestly. Each one reveals a dimension of your inner landscape that may be calling for care.

1

Persistent Inner Restlessness

You feel a low hum of dissatisfaction that doesn't connect to any obvious external cause. Life looks fine on paper, but something inside keeps pulling.

2

Disconnection from Purpose

You used to feel a sense of direction. Now the compass spins. Decisions feel heavy, and the future feels vague rather than inviting.

3

Emotional Loops You Can't Break

The same patterns — guilt, fear, self-doubt, anger — cycle through your weeks. You've tried logic. You've tried willpower. The loop persists.

4

Relationship Friction at the Root Level

Not surface arguments — but a deeper misalignment between who you are becoming and how your closest relationships hold you in place.

5

Body Signals You're Ignoring

Tension in the chest, fatigue without cause, a jaw that won't unclench. Your body is speaking a language your mind hasn't learned to translate.

6

Spiritual Hunger Without a Container

You crave depth, meaning, connection to something larger — but organised religion doesn't fit, and you haven't found a practice that holds you.

7

A Transition You Can't Navigate Alone

Loss, career change, identity shift, empty nest, health crisis — you're in a passage and need a guide who understands the unseen dimensions of change.

An Editorial Note

Spiritual coaching is not about fixing what's broken. It's about remembering what was always whole.

Most people arrive here after therapy, after self-help books, after trying to think their way through a soul-level problem. This work begins where thinking ends. It meets you in the body, in the breath, in the silence between your stories.

"She didn't tell me what to do. She helped me hear what I already knew." — Graham T., Stirling

Coaching Pathways

Not packages. Pathways.

Each pathway is shaped around a different kind of need. We don't do one-size-fits-all. We meet you where you actually are.

Pathway Best For Duration Mode
Soul Clarity Markers 1, 2, 6 6 sessions over 8 weeks 1-to-1, in person or video
Emotional Unravelling Markers 3, 5 10 sessions over 14 weeks 1-to-1, somatic focus
Relational Alignment Marker 4 8 sessions, flexible pace 1-to-1 or couples
Passage Work Marker 7 Ongoing, monthly rhythm Deep-dive, ritual-supported
Foundational Session Not sure yet Single 90-minute session Exploratory, no commitment

The markers above refer to the diagnostic checklist. If you haven't walked through it yet, start here.

The Arc of Transformation

Not a step-by-step formula. A living arc that bends differently for each person. Here is the shape most journeys take.

I.

Arrival

You come with your story, your symptoms, your questions. We listen — not to diagnose, but to witness. The first session is about being fully received.

II.

Descent

We go beneath the surface narrative. This is where the real material lives — the beliefs, the grief, the inherited patterns. It's uncomfortable and necessary.

III.

Integration

New understanding meets daily life. We build practices, rituals, and anchors so that insight becomes embodied change, not just a passing feeling.

"I didn't expect the work to be this gentle and this fierce at the same time." — Keira L., remote client

Are You Ready for This Work?

Not everyone is. And that's not a failing — it's information. Spiritual coaching asks something of you. Here's how to know if this is your time.

You're willing to sit with discomfort. This work doesn't bypass pain. It moves through it.

You're not looking for someone to fix you. You want a companion for a journey you're ready to take.

You can commit to a rhythm. Transformation doesn't happen in a single session. It happens in the spaces between.

If you're in acute crisis, please reach out to a mental health professional first. This work supports growth, not emergency intervention.

What Happens in a Session

We begin with breath. Not as a technique — as a homecoming. The first few minutes are about landing in the room, in the body, in the present tense.

Then we follow what's alive. Sometimes that's a dream, a memory, a tension in the shoulders, a question that won't leave. I don't bring an agenda. I bring attention.

Sessions may include guided meditation, somatic inquiry, dialogue, silence, movement, journaling prompts, or ritual elements. The method follows the person, not the other way around.

We close with an anchor — a practice, a phrase, an intention to carry into the days ahead. The real work happens between sessions, in how you live what you've discovered.

"After three months of Passage Work, I finally understood why I'd been running from stillness my entire life."

— Duncan R., Glasgow

"The Foundational Session alone gave me more clarity than two years of journaling on my own."

— Amira K., London (remote)

"I was sceptical. I'm not anymore. This work changed how I relate to my own grief."

— Thomas W., Aberdeen
